Information for tenants

Phoenix Estates find homes for families, couples, companies, retired people and welcome all prospective tenants, We aim to assist you in finding a suitable home, and will help you in any way we can. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any further questions.

SECURITY:
Most lets are on a 6 month short hold tenancy agreement, (unless otherwise agreed) offering tenants security.

SAFETY:
We advise our landlords of their responsibilities under the safety regulations and ensure that all properties meet the requirements of the law.

APPLICATION FORM:
Applicants will be required to fill in an application form, the information provided will be used to find you a suitable property and in due course to draw up your tenancy agreement.

REFERENCES:
We will need a reference from your employer and previous landlord or a friend and your bank to confirm your status. If you are self employed we will require a reference from your accountant.
Please ensure you fill in your application form correctly to enable us to take up references quickly.

COSTS:
Once we have found you a suitable property you will be asked to sign the tenancy agreement and to pay the initial first month's rent in advance, deposit,(equivalent to one months rent)which will be held in our clients account and protected by the tenancy deposit scheme, and a set up fee of
